RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!! NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. YOU HAVE 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO EXCHANGE UNUSED HAIR, UNWRAPPED HAIR & STILL IN IT'S PACKAGING, IF THE BUNDLE HAS BEEN USED OR ALTERED IN ANY WAY, ALL EXCHANGES WILL BE VOIDED AND NULLED. BUT, NEVERTHELESS, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS CONCERNS WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION CONCERNING OUR EXCHANGE POLICY!!!

1) YOU, THE BUYER are responsible for all return shipping cost. Please include tracking and/ or insurance to protect your package.

2) All Items must be on it's original state and packaging with tags still attached. Hair bundles must not be untied at the top.

3) Items can not be used or ALTERED in any way.

4) All Returned items must be accompanied with the invoice.

5) Send a picture of the merchandise and packaging for the reason for the exchange to us.

6) Please allow up to 72 business hours after receiving the merchandise before an exchange is allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

YOU HAVE UP TO 8 HOURS TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY CANCELLATIONS AFTER 8 HRS.

NO TWO HEADS ARE THE SAME!!! The picture on our website is to give you an insight of how the color and hair texture will look. This means that we cannot guarantee that all bundles will be the same in color and texture but they will not be distinctly different.

With proper care and longevity for your hair read read our hair care tips prior to purchasing and on the hair tags in your package. Remember this is 100% Virgin human hair, you can bleach, dye, and use heat on your bundles.But if you over process it with bleach, color or excessive heat, this may cause shedding and breaking of the hair. Please consult with a PROFESSIONAL before applying any chemicals to your BELH bundles.
